Hello! As you probably picked up on from the not-so-subtle banner above, I'm Josiah Skeats, and I'm on an adventure cycling around the world. I've also been on a number of other adventures, from working as a cowboy in Upstate New York, to working a ski season in the French Alps, to spending a couple of weeks climbing and kayaking in the French Alps (again).

My motivation for such adventures, and particularly the cycle, is a belief that we should spend our time doing what we love. For me, my passion lies in constantly trying new experiences and always learning more, adventure and extreme sports, travelling and visiting different places, and meeting awesome people.

Through my blog posts, I've loved sharing my adventures, and hope to help inspire others to follow their dreams. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions!

    Hi Josiah,
Bumped into your mum today, it appears Miriam and my daughter are going to the same secondary school. I asked after you as I’ve seen some of your posts on fb. She suggested I joined this, and I hope you don’t mind but I have. Great to see what you’ve been up to. Your mum is very proud and I’m very impressed, I still remember you as a 5 year old in my reception class!
    Good luck, Emma

    1. Emma!
